Transformation is at the heart at all that Karen does. She has successfully led large scale future work initiatives at T-Systems and Oracle. Deutsche Telekom adopted her T-Systems future work, collaboration and blended learning strategies groupwide into human resources for 200k employees. At Oracle, Karen led the agile globalisation from 140 countries to one global Industry collaboration standard for content, training, communities, roles, best practices and acquisition integrations during its major acquisition period.

Personal Life

Karen is British born with dual German citizenship, having spent the last 15 years living and working in Germany she has firsthand intercultural experience.

Freddie, her dachshund puppy keeps her active. Although small he is a hunting dog with enormous energy. They take long daily walks in the woods when possible.

Karen‘s personal interests include nutrition as a foundation for good health and interior and garden design. She has carried out several major home renovations and garden landscapes over the years.
